Having studied Nutritional cookery 15 years ago my passion and appreciation for the correct nutrition grew, cooking for 10 years for discerning clientele, nutritionally well balanced menus, I finally had the opportunity to study and after 3 years I qualified as a Clinical Nutritionist.

I founded Vital Nutrition and started practicing in 2008, with both male and female clients of all ages.

I have been working primarily with weight management, energy boosting, disease prevention and wellness. Other clients have come to me with diagnosed or suspected conditions including irritable bowel syndrome, candida, under-active thyroid, pre-diabetes, diabetes type 2, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, celiac, food intolerances, hormonal imbalances and menopausal problems, depression and improving children's concentration levels.

Results have been incredible, some quite unexpected, I provide clients with practical, doable, yet cutting-edge nutritional information based on scientific research, no fad diets with unrealistic goals to achieve. I also offer food intolerance testing.

Based on a consultancy and health analysis I offer a nutritional eating and lifestyle plan with at least 3 months follow-up and support programme with menus and recipes.

The improving of diet, lifestyle and supplementing recommended nutrients is a small price to pay to gain the feeling of 100% health and even resisting or giving up prescribed medication.
